This gallery was started in 2010 and continues now in 2011.
I have always loved farmer's markets and like talking with the people who attend as well as those who make the weekly trek to sell their products.

It very much reminds me of the markets in France; however, in France, the markets are much larger and very much a part of the rhythm of how families buy their groceries and socialize with their neighbors. They are quite lively affairs for all ages. Follow anyone with an empty basket and they will lead you to the heart of the market.

My wish is, that this local farmer's market on the square, will prosper and grow.
Meet the people who grow your food, feel free to ask them how to cook certain produce and meet new friends as you shop for fresh produce, honey, pasta, and breads.
