Basically this was in front of Princess street, i think this was the main shopping strip in Edinburgh. The reason why you didn't see any one in this photo was because it was really freezing cold that day. So unless you were a crazy tourist *me*.... no one in there right minds would have been out that day. :-) Anyways thanks for your comments and i hope you enjoyed looking at my galleries.

i really like what i see in this picture composition. Was in edinburgh between 1997 - 98 but had never come across this scene. where did you take this? and how did you manage to capture this shot without having people in the picture.
