Found this door in Hillsborough Park Walled Garden.
I'm not sure what's in there but it was well and truly padlocked.
The gardener told me that the stonework is from Hillsborough Hall, also in the park, now used as a library.

It is indeed an ornate surround for a very workaday door. Lovely tones in the brick and stone, and I like the sunniness which lifts the image. The sense of being forgotten is well conveyed in the triangle of overgrowth at the bottom right.
