I find the same sense of reverence in your image that you noted in commenting on a photo that I made in Belgium last year (http://www.pbase.com/pnd1/image/45574245 ) Both this angel, and the dead hero in my picture, express suffering, while the hands in each of these images seem to seek inspiration.

A sculpture touched by a human. A little angel (?) touched by a probably old soul. And a mix of emotions to go and leave with. Not sure who's comforting or healing who, could well be both ways. Depend what we choose to see and interpret... Brilliant, Kal.
