Natalie and I caught the train from Phitsanulok to Ayuthaya. We travelled in a third class carriage, which is my preferred method of travel, and I hope you can see why from the pictures. The open window makes for better photo opportunities, and the sights and smells, and constant stream of vendours, makes the journey so much more enjoyable that being stuck behind tinted glass in an air-conditioned carriage.
