My sister and I did a mini-trek with BT travel, based in the Jolly Frog in Kanchanaburi. Unfortunately our guides were worse than useless, and the trek was not all we had hoped it would be. That said, we still had fun, and I really enjoyed sleeping in the tree-house at the Homestay, and listening to the sounds of the crickets (which drove Natalie mad, and kept her awake all night - you can see her photos here.).
