Fish and How to Clean

The first shot shows my son holding a typical-sized drum. Very fun to catch as they put up a great fight, but lousy to eat. They are not bottom feeders but they have a very strong flavor. The next group of shots shows how to clean the fish in 4 easy steps. As to eating them, I'd suggest roasting them with lots of seasoning on an oak board. Then, you throw away the fish and eat the board!
