"Jok" is a Thai rice porridge that's great for a quick meal, usually for breakfast or (for me)
late at night when you don't want a large meal.

Now this "jok in a cup" might not be as good as Mom's, but it does the trick. Just plop an
egg in it and you've got a pretty tasty snack, though you will probably get way more than
the recommended daily amount of sodium :)

Note: Some of you may remember that I was able to spend some time with the legendary Contax N Digital
last year. But as with anything good in life, the time was too short, and this was probably the last of the
shots I got with that classic digital camera.

It's amazing how many of today's cameras could make images "cleaner" at ISO 100,000 etc, etc, etc
than the 2001 Contax N Digital did at ISO 400.
