I really don't get out in nature enough to take flower pics,
but here's one from almost three years back.

Shot with a Pentax K110D and 35mm f/2 lens.

The K110D was a six megapixel DSLR which used the same, or a
variation of the same sensor used in the Nikon D70, D40, Minolta 7D/5D,
Epson R-D1, etc.

I believe that particular Sony sensor was among the best of its era which was
probably why it was chosen to be used in so many different cameras.
