Here's a shot from 1995. Dad lovingly feeds
our then 91 year old grandmother, his mother,
who has since passed away.
In Thai culture, people tend to take care of
elderly and sick family members till the very
end, no matter how difficult it may be. Nursing
homes are largely unheard of.
Now, today, some 14 plus years later, dad is older
and dealing with his own health issues. Although he
is ok and manages do things by himself, we are looking
out for dad in the same way he did for his mother.
