Forests - Olympic National Park

The forests of the Olympic National Park are a real challenge for the photographer due not only to the frequent overcast and the canopy of trees, but also because there's a real problem with scale. These trees are often HUGE, but if one takes a shot with nothing but trees, how is the viewer to tell how large they are? It's tough.

Comments/criticism/suggestions are always appreciated.
