Baltimore, MD

Regarding the fires in San Diego, I have no hard news about my house. I do know that my neighborhood was evacuated and that homes burned within one-fourth mile of my house. A local TV station listing has not included my address (or street) among the destroyed homes. Apparently the fire lept and jumped around (burning embers). As of 9 am PDT on Tuesdsay, there is no new news.

I have just watched ABC news described Rancho Bernardo homes as being leveled . . . my prayers are out there with you, Robin

I'm still praying that you are spared. I know how difficult it must be to be that far away and not knowing. Hang in there. Belongings can always be replaced but you can't!!

So far no Verona was mentioned on TV.We had to evacuate and are staying at my son's condo.
