Looking Back on Pad Fest 2005 – Day 3

Highway 160, Colorado

As mentioned Friday, I'm doing a retrospective all this week. All shots are from last year. This is a new image today - not posted before.

Which Lens to Use? The Agony of Choice

We crossed the continental divide in southern Colorado over 10,800 foot Wolf Creek Pass enroute to Mesa Verde National Park. I rode with Gayle and Bre on their final day on the tour, and we had a delightful time shooting barns and scenic vistas on a nice sunny day.

My slideshow for Day 3.

To see the slide shows from Breland and Gayle click on each of their names.

My favorite shot of the day is

Canon EOS 20D ,Canon EF 75-300mm f/4-5.6 IS USM

great shot. Bandito looks like he can't quite come to grips with that lens.

But to be in a position where we have a choice isn't too shabby...:)

Looks like you're having fun tripping down memory lane. Which is as it should be -- isn't that why we photograph everything in sight? To sustain memories? I like the expression on his face -- perfectly expressing the indecision.

Where have all the time gone? Photographs and memories are all that remain. Our memory of certain events may fade, but photos will always be there to remind us of the past.
Excellent Robin!
