September 21: Dinner at the Del Coronado

I had a terrific dinner last night at the famous ***Hotel Del Coronado*** with longtime friend and colleague AlexSandra Leslie who was down here from the Bay area working with some managers from Cisco Systems.

The Del is a terrific venue for all kinds of events, and my meal was quite delicious. And needless to say, AlexSandra and I had a great time catching up with each other after about a four year hiatus.

We went there on our Honeymoon twenty years ago. I have fond memories of that building and grounds. Nice shot.

This will be my last post on your site tonight. But as I was sitting here reflecting on your visit, the PaDfest and replaying some of our conversations in my mind, I just hope Gary, Herb, Pepe and the rest of those Pbasers out there value the true friend they have in you, Robin.
