One of the very nice things about this time of the year is that one doesn’t have to get up too early to catch the morning light. So tripod and light meter in hand I journeyed out into my backyard to shoot the moon. ;-)

Wow! this is beautifully captured. love the blue. A few artifacts around the edge of the moon (top) should probably be fix. Probably not on full resolution.

I grabbed a shot of this yesterday morning. My friends and I had just taken over the Freshman quad when we looked up and saw this at around 11AM. We didnt know what to make of it. An omen possibly?
