September 23: SP Friday - Drive By Shooting

Rancho Bernardo, CA

Best viewed in the original

Feeling a bit shy and sensing that sometimes I overdo my SP’s, I felt the best way to meet my Friday obligation was just to buzz through it quickly.

I realize this is somewhat similar to ***last week’s shot, *** but there is no requirement that I be TOO original each week.

My technique was somewhat similar to last time. I used a tripod and preset the focus and exposure. My add on timer repeated the shot once a second after starting with a 1 minute delay to enable me to get into position. There were actually quite a few more shots of the car farther down the street to the right, but they were too far away (using the extra wide-angle lens) to be able to see much.

If you like this technique I invite you to see my ***Life Is A Stitch*** gallery.

Big boys and their toys, a match made in Heaven.

It has been said "He who dies with the most toys, WINS"
Nice work and very creative.

LOL. I would like to interview your neighbors, or are you back to normal by the time they come home from work? How fast did you have to run to get down the street?
