Mirlande have been a key staff member of my professional association for five years. She is a tiny woman but has carried major responsibilities that are the meat and potatoes of running any membership association. Most members don’t know her, but those of us who do much appreciate what she contributes to our work. And she always greets me with a huge smile and a big hug!
