Continuing my celebration of unsung people who serve us so well with grace, patience, and good humor, I am posting this image of Robert Flores. He is helping our business meeting group of 16 to have hearty meals for breakfast and lunch at our workshop setting.

He has been gracious, flexible, and friendly with me.

Yup... it's the people who do the hard work of making our lives more comfortable that REALLY deserve our gratitude; yay for the tow truck driver who dragged my car off of Alligator Alley last December and hauled it all the way to Fort Myers in a downpour and did it in record tow truck time!!
