October 7: Scenes from Old San Juan

Today I am heading back to San Diego. These are my postcards for you. The images were taken on a city tour yesterday afternoon.
This is truly a charming Island, the weather is terrific (which is a big compliment coming from a guy who lives in San Diego), and the people are very friendly.
These scenes show (clockwise from upper left) The Capitol Building, Fort San Cristobal, a statue of San Juan Batista, and Fort Felipe Del Morro

Canon EOS 10D

For those interested or asking about birds....I do believe the answer is yes, although not the same meaning that we give to it.

I was going to ask what Cindy asked...

Is that dude in the statue doing what I think he's doing ;o)

I love how you have put these images in place to give us an overview of your experiences.

Nice postcard shots, Robin. Cheater!! Sneaking five photos in for the day instead of choosing one! :)

Excellent montage, Robin! Nicely captured. Funny, though, the statue in the lower right looks like he's flipping the bird! LOL

Well done, have a good flight.

I see 5 days PaD in one. Looks like a lovely place for a photographer to visit, let alone the ordinary tourist.

Hi Robin, looks like a great day out. A neat way to solve the problem of which shot to use for your PaD, all four are worthy and work really well presented this way. Have you ever thought of going into the holiday postcard business??
