Actually looks like a bit of a hodgepodge of different styles adn subject matter. A Criminal Law textbook? Yawn. Ooops, that's Sue's book. ;-) I should shoot my summer reading pile.

Good to see a fellow bookaholic posting the proof. Great stack there, Robin.

I like Bill Bryson's take on us Brits. He is genuinely fond of us and our idiosynchratic ways.

Couldn't put down Da Vinci (or Angels and Demons or Deception Point)-great summer reading. Civil War was a great PBS series; Our Vietnam--sounds interesting. Can I add another? Non fiction, "Shadow Divers" about 2 diverse commercial divers who find an unrecorded U Boat off the New Jersey shore, and how they came to identify it. Another couldn't put it down.
Nice to have a big pile like that to look forward to :)

Russ, the secret is that I am self-employed. I set my own hours!

Gee, Robin, you've got your Summer reading cut out for you. And when do you find time to shoot, process, and post pics? Ok, tell us the secret to your 36 hour days!!

Wow, you left out the Adirondack chair on the beach to read those books.
Cindy18-Jul-2004 22:29
Very well composed and presented, where will you find the time?
Herb 18-Jul-2004 21:17
That should keep you busy.

You'll love Prey and The DaVinci Code. The trip to Oregon sounds wonderful. It's one of my favorite places to visit. As for the history books--yawn... I can only get that serious in the winter.

Trip to Oregon? Are you passing through SF???? If you do, I'll give you a tour! And you can leave these books in the car, man! Way to heavy reading for summer, IMO!

Robin, it looks like you have some great reading material there! Enjoy ... !

A photo with a message, for sure.
You better plan on stopping by for a cup of coffee
while you are on the Oregon Coast. Katie and I will
be insulted if you don't. (We also have an 8 foot
hot tub if coffee doesn't entice you.)

Nice shot, Robin. I listened to "The Da Vinci Code" on tape while on a road trip. Boy! Did the time fly by.

Pete, I'm planning a mid-September drive to Oregon for Niece's wedding and then some touring of the Oregon Coast with a cousin and his wife.
