May 29: Escondido City Hall

Escondido, CA

A funny thing happened to me on my way to shoot my Pad at the Escondido antique car show. As I walked in the City Hall Cupola entranced me.
Here are two versions: Which do you prefer?
1) Inverted - moved to PaD Extras
2) Normal - kept .. most people preferred.

Robin - this is great, the geometry, the pattern - really nice. It's simple, yet also complex.

This is lovely ... I like the graphic-ness of this image! It looks lacey ... like a doiley my grandmother was found of using !

this one is my favorite...I just love the visual impact of thoses lines!
P.S. I was very near the tiles...they have 15x15 centimeters each.

I prefer this one, but the inverted ran it close. This one isn't so hard on the eyes.

I think I like this one best of all.. The tonal range is fantastic. My next favorite is the inverted one... just because it's different. What a gorgeous cupola!
