The “business” reason why I came to Austin is to attend and photograph the Organization Development Network Annual Conference. ODN is my professional association.

One of the threads here is that many people pair off and “coach” new attendees. Suzanne is my coachee and as you can see she is totally astonished by the brilliant things I am telling her. ;-)

I am giving myself a C for lazy flash work (no extender on the camera), a B minus for color, and an A for capturing the moods of actions of the people.

I processed everything in Bridge (CS4) and then loaded each file into PS CS 4 to add a touch of contrast, resizing, and a touch of sharpening before saving as sRGB jpegs.

A shift in style for me this year is to back off on some of my crops to include context in many of the images.
