Despite a large upgrade project in the first decade of the 21st century, time is running out for the A-10C Thunderbolt II. This June 2014 picture shows one of several recent A-10 arrivals at AMARG. 80-0205/DM only had to cover a very short distance before being being prepared for storage at the facility. It is hard to believe this Warthog will ever fly again, although its current status is type 1000, so it won't be canabalized yet.
