Runway 28 sometimes offered spectacular landing shots, being so close to the public road. Two F-16's are seen landing at Gilze-Rijen, with 314 sqdn F-16A J-136 (FMS 85-0136) preferred by the photographer. One can easily imagine the consequences if no traffic lights were present. J-136 still is active within the Klu, being updated to F-16AM.
