I worked at "The Rock" - so I met several astrounauts, and - of course - I have been up close to shuttles and engines. I have not ever seen a launch of any kind and these shots give me the feeling I am there. RO of Bountiful, UT

Thank you for the wonderful post. My 8 year old son thought it was AWESOME to see the shuttle so close you could see the tiles.

Once again you have done it. Your eye for the best shuttle shots just gets better and better. Beautiful, just beautiful! It is a bit sad to think there are only 10 more opportunities to see this site. But your wonderful photography has captured it for those of us who live it, so we can come back and live it again, and again.

There's no better photographic coverage of the Space Shuttle launch.... and the photos go up as fast as the Shuttle itself!
