Jianshui has about 60 traditional bridges, but the most famous and longest is the impressive 17-arch Double Dragon Bridge,
which stretches across the confluence of the Lu and Tachong rivers about 4km west of town.
The first three arches were built in the Qing dynasty and the remaining section was built later.
A three-story pavilion with flying eaves sits in the middle of the bridge with two smaller pavilions flanking both ends.
