Two "off the beaten track" itineraries of the trip were visits to the Holy Shrine (the Tomb of Ahmad)
in Shiraz and a cemetery beside a huge Muslim complex in Esfahan which is under construction.

To be respectful, shoes must be taken off and ladies must wear a full length gown before entering the Holy Shrine.
Inside the Holy Shrine, all walls were decorated with mirror tiles, radiating spectacular reflections.

With pilgrims praying, praising, meditating and re-thinking inside the Holy Shrine,
we have been influenced by a dignified yet peaceful feeling.
