Photographing birds can be a humbling experience: can't get close enough, bird's facing the wrong direction, poor lighting, and on and on. These are some images I'm pretty happy with.

It is easy to see why these are your favorites. You have an incredible talent for capturing wildlife images and often capturing natural behavior, too. I also appreciated that you identified the species. Big vote!
