The author's intent is to show the magnitude of the storm and the drama of the cloud formations. The framing of the image gives around 80% of the image area to the cloud front and while this may be
appropriate much of the area is lacking in drama and interest. Processing to give much more contrast in the sky is required to add interest and energy. There are also several vessels / vehicles
included in the image and give a sense of scale to the storm. I think most of these could be removed as there is an implied relationship between them and they draw attention away from the storm.
