An image of a garden ornament or water feature that is probably not the work of the photographer. However, I think enough work has been done to give the image a new context
so that it is not merely a photograph of someone else's art. Compositionally the statue has been placed around the upper thirds point while the reflection which is shadowed is
positioned on the lower thirds. While the statue is the brightest area of the image, it is surrounded by a very bright and busy background which tends to overwhelm it.
Perhaps playing with lighting at a different time of day, using a shallower DOF or changing the point of view of the camera could have made the statue more obvious.
