A picture of a pylon supporting a cable car has been taken on an overcast day which controls the brightness of the sky but also leaves the image feeling slightly underexposed.
The tall subject has been positioned centrally in a portrait format frame which works well with the subject and there is a nice spacing between the grass of the foreground and
the base of the pylon. As a subject, the single pylon is not particularly engaging, but I think the image could have been improved by straightening the pylon which
has a slight lean, giving the image a little more space at the top and making the crop even narrower to emphasise the height of the subject.
