Good action shot, but the birds are not quite sharp. Also there is a loss of detail in the black feathers. A very difficult shot with the bright sky behind. Suggest trying this in manual, taking a reading in the shade and then taking the birds. That way you will expose for the dark feathers and not the sky. But I guess it was probably a grab shot and maybe this was not possible. Also a faster shutter speed may help.
