Everything is sharp, but the lighting is very harsh. If you have used a flash, which it appears you have, try softening the light with a softner on the flash. If in full sunlight, a scrim over the flower would help to soften the light. But in view of the black background, a flash seems the most likely.This image could be so much better with better lighting.
