No one could argue that this is not a seascape - but they could contend the horizon is a little down on the right side or up on the left.
I would also contend that the sea is a touch oversaturated. Always check your horizons for level
- most cameras have a built in level and where possible have your colour pallet reflect,
within reason, the scene you are recording; this is particularly important in landscape, seascape or nature photography.
