Green, Gold and Grey

Tuesday 19th July - Day 213

After last nights little slip up, I thought I'd better head out into the real world again! I find it very theraputic looking for new sites, and sights to capture, and I was struck by the contrast between the mist draped Dartmoor, and the golden glow from the farmland nestling in the slopes.

that is the best green I've ever seen....do you know the painter Eyvind Earle? He paints (painted, as he's dead) pictures of the california coast with that EXACT color! really nice

Beautiful landscape, so perfectly captured! Love how the colors in the foreground are so vivid, and then slowly become more muted as the background disappears into the fog!
