Entrance Door

Deer Lodge, Montana

One of three doors that had to opened to come and go from the old prison entrance. A separate key had
to be lowered from the tower above for each door. The key was lowered through a hole in the ceiling,
then raised again before the next key was dropped to open each door.

Fascinating narrative. The low ultra wide view leading the eye to the dark, ominous doorway gives the image a tremendous amount of impact, especially in B&W. ~BV~

This is a great angle! Very foreboding feeling. V

Great idea for a point of view. This feel so cold and must be the feeling you get sleeping on the floor.

The used tone, gives a cold aspect to the image, as cold as a prision is. -Voted-
