SPIKETAIL (Immature) C. diastatops or bilineata-SH

On June 5th, 2007, I discovered this Spiketail (Immature Male)perched on multi-floral rose just beyond the pond at
Strawberry Hill Nature Center, near Fairfield, PA. Upon reviewing these photos, it can not be determined
if it is a Delta-spotted (C. diastatops) or a Brown (C. bilineata) Spiketail.
I returned to the site two days later but could not relocate the individual.

Either species would be an Adams County record.
Documents and photos have been filed with the Nature Conservancy.
