Good exposure in tough light. I agree with Anne's comments. Also, A bit centered as my eye is drawn to the vertical stone next to the seated man. If you had off centered the shot and waited to the policeman walked to cover the hole this would have been a really nice shot. also, the thing above the seated man's head is a bit distracting. Nita

I understand the sitting on the steps, blurry, but the 'bullet hole' before the chest of the police officer is strange.
i wonder if you wanted it to be there? and more about what you're trying to say.
