This is one of the 15 juveniles released in early August 2008 as part of the Scottish East coast release programme. The majority of the 2007 released birds have done very well (11 out of 14 still alive: two hit powerlines & 1 was the victim of human persecution) & the project will hopefully succeed.

This bird is radio-tagged (the antenna is just visible above/behind the wing profile).
