We left Pittsburgh early in the morning so we could arrive at the Cleveland Museum of Art when it opened. Nice museum and a bonus that it is free. We spent several hours admiring the art (the landscapes are always a favorite) and walked to Little Italy for lunch. We ate at Mia Bella's and had dessert at Pisti Bakery. Tasty!

It is a surprise to no one that knows us that we ended up at a cat cafe. We met our friend Julee at affoGato, a super adorable spot with friendly cats available for adoption. We also drove a little around the Tremont/Ohio City area to check out the neighborhoods. After we said goodbye to Julee we went to Westside Market to pick up some snacks (so much good food here) and take a break at our hotel room while it rained. We headed back out in the evening to do an escape room and see the Flats at night. It's mostly nightlife here, so we didn't do much, but wanted to see the area and got to watch a large barge come through. To cap off the night we took a Lyft to Asiatown for a late night meal of dumplings and bubble tea. We had less than 24 hours in Cleveland, but I felt we made good use of our time and got a good taste of the city.

Rollercoaster and thrill ride aficionado Norah was most excited for our next stop: Cedar Point. We spent two days here and Norah was not disappointed. She absolutely loved it! She rode all the big coasters and thrill rides (favorites were Steel Vengeance, Magnum XL, Raptor, Gate Keeper, and Dragster). She even got me on a few coasters (the original Blue Streak, Gemini, and Magnum - 72 mph and a 200 ft drop - that was about my limit). I'm glad we splurged for Hotel Breakers; we took advantage of early entry and when it was hot midday, we could easily go back to our room, eat, and/or go to the waterpark; then we returned to the park until close at 10 pm. It was also nice being on the beach. Norah had a ball and it was a fun two days.
