We essentially had three days in NYC and we couldn’t wait to be back. We had a full slate of activities planned - friends to see and sightseeing to do. I was especially happy we were able to do the hard hat tour at Ellis Island - it was a terrific experience. Norah liked visiting The Met again and we both loved the views from SUMMIT One Vanderbilt. We had a great time! This was how our days shaped up:

Day 1: Arrive from Boston on Amtrak, lunch at Eataly, a tour at the Tenement Museum, dinner at Urbanspace Vanderbilt, and SUMMIT One Vanderbilt

Day 2: Dominique Ansel Bakery, The Color Factory, The Oculus and Eataly, Central Park, The Met, Chelsea Market/dinner at Miznon, Ample Hills Creamery

Day 3: Ellis Island hard hat tour, lunch at Kuu Ramen, dessert at Grace Street Desserts, The Strand, and Cafe Cluny

Day 4: Hudson Yards, the Highline, lunch at Chelsea Market. Amtrak to Philadelphia!
