Yellowstone

During our two weeks in Montana and Wyoming we were in and of Yellowstone for day trips. We love the variety of the park. We saw a lot of wildlife (wolves, black bears, grizzlies, bison, pronghorn, bighorn sheep, coyotes), marveled at the geysers and geothermal features, and did some hiking (a highlight for Steve was hiking Electric Peak).

Highlights included watching Castle Geyser erupt during a full moon, watching a herd of bighorn sheep react to a coyote on Mt. Washburn, and the stark and beautiful Porcelain Basin. We look forward to many future visits!
