Night and low light

The D700 is an amazing camera in many ways, but where it (and the full frame sensor) really shine is in low light. There is less noise at high ISO than I encounter with point & shoots at low ISO. I do use a noise reduction tool (I like Imagenomic, but many also get great results with Noise Ninja -- which does have the cooler name ;) ), and it easily corrects almost all of the noise.

This gallery is for the results of me playing with the camera in low light, most often probably with fast lenses.
