A grey day of strong winds and squally showers. I'm being kept indoors as much as possible on V*t's orders - strong winds may make my sore eye worse. Short walkies only today.

Dad's been in a solemn mood all morning. Today is Armistice Day and tomorrow is Remembrance Sunday, two days when Dad and Mum and thousands of other people remember all those who lost their lives fighting for peace. Well of course I don't know what war is, but even I know that today is an important day and different from other days.
