10112006 a contrast to yesterday

I was very disappointed when I put my nose out of doors this morning. No more sunshine, just grey and overcast, and cold. Sometimes it's like this for a long time. Being a dog, though, I just accept what comes. There are still cats to be hunted - and the dustbin men to bark at!

(dad: it's a wonder the dustbin men still empty our dustbin after enduring five years of hysterical barking from a certain individual every week!)

And bravo to these dustbin men ;-)

I should imagine barking at dustbin men is good fun Pooch.
I can't remember what we are supposed to call them nowadays. Hygiene squad, I think. But in Australia most people call them the Garbos.

I prefer "Environmental Cleansing Agents", sound more professional!

actually, I don't think "dustbin men" is very politically correct these days.
I think I'm suppose to call them Environmental Cleansing Agents or Refuse Collectors.
Perhaps a visiting pbasing "bin man" (or woman) could enlighten me? :-)

We tell our dogs every week "they are NOT taking our stuff!", but they insist on barking like mad fools too....
You folks have such elegant ways about stuff - dustbin men is SO much more refined than garbagemen :)

Pooch as greeting card? Great perspective.

Pooch, you look more radiant than ever. And, I love your term "dustbin", much more elegant than "garbage can."
