Nice one. There is a workaround that involves altering your Host file - basically, it instructs your browser to ignore the CSS request, meaning that all pages open quickly and without CSS. Worth doing, because not many people are willing to disable their stylesheets, so you just do it for them! Details are in the forum.

Well, it is all relative - Yes it is slow right now, but until a year ago the only thing I had was a dial-up connection at 28 Kbps - Today I have a cable connection at 400 Mbps, so a delay of 15 seconds is still tolerable.
