I noticed in the woods a trail fresh with deer tracks leading to a small stream. When
I reached the streambank, I saw this pretty view facing downstream. I setup my camera on
a tripod in the middle of the stream just a few inches above the surface. The clear, cold
water was flowing very slowly over the pebbles covering the bottom. I took time to enjoy the
view for a while before packing up, and heading back home. What a nice scene to witness on a
snowy winter's day in scenic North Carolina.
