This is a first light image for ST-8300. Just 6 x 10min with L filter - a night after full moon, so - after figuring all quirks and making the rig operational - I decided for quick 1 hour shot. Worked out nicely, although this is being posted w/o proper darks - hence some visible hot pixels. Calibrated with flat, flat-dark and the same dark remarked as bias to get proper calibration ;-)
NGC5053 - a very loose globular - is visible at the bottom (East) of the full frame image.
