Clouds and bad weather prevented us from seeing the Great Showers of 2000 and 2001. The time of Leonid shower in 2002 was awaited in great anticipation. We set the trip to our location (a garden outside Warsaw - courtesy of one of the members) in a rain. However, soon the rain stopped and clouds went away. Only the close to full moon prevented us from seeing the faintest meteors. Nevertheless, the count went up to more than 1 meteor per second before dawn.
