March Is Such A Tease

Yesterday we had 50F (~10C) and a fair amount of rain. Today it's 25F (~ -4C) and so far about 6 inches (~15cm) of semi wet snow. This is so typical of this time of the year here. I have to admit that even I am starting to get tired of Winter. At least it's not the horrible weather that parts of the southeast experienced yesterday.

Time will tell what kind of winter comes our way. So far we have had hardly any snow although occassional cold spells.

Okay winter does seem to drag, but no sympathy from me…. :)

We have NO SNOW here. It rained a little last night, but the winds dried everything up today. It looks really cold there...nice tracks!~

It' snowing as I write this....
Anticipated floods are being spoken of, by the weather people, and the ranchers have begun too moved their cattle away from the Bitterroot River...
Record breaking show fall in the Mountains this year...
I know just how you feel about this winter, enough is enough...

Repeat after me - just a few more weeks, just a few more weeks, just a few more weeks!

Not again. It's pretty though and I am sure you're tired of it. We had tornados, high wind and lots of rain yesterday.

Do I see unusual foot-prints of snow-shoes? Maybe there is a photo-opportunity there somewhere.

Soon enough the snow will be gone and then we can all get to photographing green again (at least I'm hoping!).

I am sure you are longing to see green grass again again.

Yeah, we had this weather too. I have just finished shoveling half snow and half slush! My driveway looks like yours!

Come on springtime!!!!!

Tease is right. We broke the freezing temp yesterday for the first time in weeks. We hit 33 WOHOO! Spring is coming! Almost time to put away the snow blower and get out the lawn blower ;)

Time for a holiday for you. Its been a tough winter here in Alberta even though I've been gone for lots of it. Even if our snow all melts, about 6 ft of it in my front yard, it will take till June to get rid of. :-(
